My tall ceilings were no match for Wyeast #3522

Finally making some progress on this loft bed / storage space for my apartment. I hung metal roofing to cover the backs of my bookshelves, built a few Ikea Expedits to serve as the base, and constructed a 2x4 frame. All that’s left is to put plywood over the top and paint it (and figure out some stairs or a ladder to get up there?).

Bottling all the things that were fermenting while I was biking across Eastern Europe: sour saison, simcoe-amarillo IPA, Belgian dubbel with raisins and molasses, and a black saison. 16 gallons total.
